This site describes services we offer. It is marketing material and general information.

It is not advice. Nothing here is technical, legal, financial or procurement advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as the basis for a decision about your own systems. Timelines, outcomes and figures shown on these pages are illustrative of typical engagements and are not a promise about yours. Your environment, data and constraints determine what is actually achievable, which is what a scoping conversation is for.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract between us.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is. Third-party product capabilities, plan names and prices change without notice, and pages here may lag behind them. Always confirm a vendor's current pricing and feature set with that vendor before relying on it.

Our intellectual property

The design, text, layout, code and graphics of this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution.

Third-party names and marks

Freshworks, Freshdesk, Freshservice, Device42, FireHydrant, ElevenLabs and every other product name on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them to describe the platforms we implement.

Where we describe ourselves as a partner of a vendor, that describes our relationship with the vendor. It does not make the vendor responsible for our work, our statements or this site.

Links out

The site links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Using the contact form

Give us accurate details, and only your own. Do not submit anyone else's personal data without their permission, and do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. If you need to share something confidential, tell us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

We may decline or ignore submissions that are automated, abusive or fraudulent, and we may block access to anyone misusing the form.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
