Here's the full ElevenAgents plan list, taken from the ElevenAgents pricing page and checked on November 3, 2026. Prices are monthly, in US dollars, and exclude taxes.

Divide any paid plan's price by its included minutes and you get roughly $0.08 a minute. Extra minutes beyond your plan's allowance are billed at the same $0.08. So the plan you choose mostly sets your monthly commitment and how many calls can run at once. The rate per minute stays about the same.

The free plan is useful for building and testing an agent, but it doesn't include a commercial license. For live calls with real prospects or tenants, start on Starter or above.

What's Included in the $0.08 per Minute?

The per-minute price covers ElevenLabs' side of the call. According to ElevenLabs, every plan includes text-to-speech, speech-to-text, realtime configuration, knowledge bases and retrieval (RAG), and telephony features. You can also create as many agents as you need on any plan. You're limited by concurrent calls and your monthly allowance, not by the number of agents.

Your listing details, office hours, pet policies and FAQs can sit in the agent's knowledge base at no extra charge, and the agent can answer calls from your website widget or phone line at the same rate.

What Gets Billed Separately?

Two costs sit on top of the per-minute price:

The language model. The LLM is the part that decides what the agent says. ElevenLabs bills it separately based on the model you pick, deducted from your ElevenLabs credits. Lighter models cost a fraction of a cent per minute. For example, ElevenLabs' pricing calculator listed Gemini 2.5 Flash at $0.0029 per minute when we checked. Larger models cost more. For most real estate calls, such as availability questions and booking viewings, a lighter, faster model is usually enough, and it also keeps responses quick. Your phone carrier. ElevenLabs doesn't add a telephony fee, and phone calls are billed at the same call-minute rate as any other channel. But if you connect a provider such as Twilio or a SIP trunk, that provider bills you directly for the carrier side of the call, at whatever rate you have with them. Phone numbers are also billed by your provider.

There are also small usage charges to know about:

• Text messages cost $0.003 each, which matters if the agent texts viewing confirmations or application links.
• Burst pricing lets agents handle up to three times your plan's concurrency limit during busy periods, such as a new listing going live. Calls above your normal limit are charged at $0.16 per minute, double the standard rate.

Your plan depends on two numbers: total call minutes per month, and the most calls you need running at the same time.

Budget for these alongside the ElevenLabs bill:

• Carrier and phone number charges from Twilio, your SIP provider or your local telephony partner
• Setup and integration, such as connecting the agent to your CRM, calendars, listing feed or property management software
